THE WEDDING CEREMONY

Location:

The ceremony will be held under the small pavilion by Butler Lake located on the east side of the bridge on Lake Street. Parking is available on both the east and west side of the bridge.

UPDATE: Due to the predicted weather forecast of rain and thunderstorms, the wedding ceremony will be moved to the Crawford Warming House, located at 817 West Lake Street, Libertyville - down the street from the original ceremony location.

Time:

The wedding ceremony will start at 3:30 pm and conclude in about 20 minutes. Pictures will then be taken at this location before the wedding party departs for a few photos at Cook Park in downtown Libertyville.

Downtown Parking:

For the reception, guests may want to park in the new municipal garage located just behind St. Lawrence Episcopal Church on Church Street. It's virtually south across the street from Cook Park and within half a block from our reception site at Timothy O'Toole's Pub.

Since we will have at least one hour before the reception starts at 6:00 pm, guests may want to relax on a bench in Cook Park or take a walk to see the many shops and restaurants along Milwaukee Avenue.

Attire:

Business casual - comfortable, but not too comfortable. Men - no need for a coat and tie.

THE WEDDING RECEPTION

Location:

The reception will be held in the upstairs 412 Lounge at Timothy O'Toole's. Enter the front door of O'Toole's and ask the front door hostess for directions to the rear entrance stairway.

Seating Arrangements:

For family and our more senior guests, table seating locations will be assigned. For our younger guests, the bar stools and tables in the lounge area are on a "first claim" basis.

Dinner:

Dinner will be served buffet style at O'Toole's for the reception. The buffet will include hot and cold appetizers, mini sandwiches, salads, main entrees, side dishes and sweets to choose from. The bar will be open from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm.

Gifts:

Todd and Tarn will be registering at Target and Bed, Bath and Beyond by mid-April. For convenience, it may be best to have such gifts delivered to Todd's parent's home at 178 Blueberry Road, Libertyville, IL 60048.

For monetary gifts, there will be a wedding card box at the reception. Of course, the most cherished gift is for everyone to have a good time and extend their good wishes to the newlyweds.

One Restriction:

Unfortunately, the limited space at Timothy O'Toole's and the prominence of the bar area says that it is best to leave the children at home. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
