I very vividly remember coming across Tom’s profile on a dating app. Swiping through his pictures, I could tell he was attractive and had a great smile. BUT despite his good looks, it was his answers to the normally dull and generic dating website prompts that really stood out.

While Tom’s dating profile said very little, we certainly made up for it during our first date, where we talked and laughed until the bar staff was cleaning up around us.

Turns out Tom’s dating profile told me everything I needed to know. Tom is confident in who he is, hilarious, thoughtful, and brings perspective in situations where I might be taking myself a touch too seriously.
