It was the best of times, it was the Covid of times. Back in November of 2020, dating was complicated. The world was closed. Taking a chance, much to the chagrin of some, Tanya and Nikita made their way over to West Seneca, not knowing that it'd be the start of something great. Unbeknownst to Tom, there was a cop roving the neighborhood as backup, and a 4 legged sweet faced assassin accompanying Tanya for her protection.

Fast forward a few months, and on a quiet, dark deserted road after a lovely fireworks display in the town of Collins (world still shut down), the relationship officially started. Four years later, many many many hours of pinball played, a small zoo passing through the house, thousands of pounds of explosives shot and watched - we decided to get hitched.

The proposal day was quite the cold day...coldest of the year much to the dismay of ..well everyone. The photographer. The Pyros. Us. After walking through the botanical gardens, Tanya tried to make a break for the parking lot in the -2 degree windchill, but was brought back for a proposal. Despite what the town bumpkins thought (thunder snow, transformers blowing up, a cheese factory exploding), a small fireworks show capped a memorable proposal. She shockingly said yes - and well. Here we are. Built a good home with 2 hound dogs, the most unique of hobbies and interests, and the best of friends and family. Looking forward to enjoying the day and night with everyone. Cheers!
