We have the entire propperty of Echo Lake Inn reserved for our wedding guests the entire weekend. The Friday night welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, after party, accomodations, and farewell brunch, are all at the Echo Lake Inn. The address of Echo Lake Inn is 2 Dublin Rd, Ludlow, Vermont. The Inn at Water's Edge has additional rooms available, but are pre reserved for the bridal party.

Yes, you can park at the Echo Lake Inn. There is a lot with a sign indicating where to park. It is free to park.

All outdoors, so we recommend block style heels/flats for ladies to avoid sinking into grassy areas.

The venue is at a B&B called Echo Lake Inn. The entire Inn and Inn at Water's Edge has been reserved for our wedding. You will have been reached out to if a room was set aside for you. There is a number of Air B&B's and other hotels in the Okemo, and Ludlow area.

The average temperature in Ludlow, Vermont is 78 degrees and sunny. The temperatures can drop down at night, so please bring layers to wear at the bon fire for Friday night.

Due to limited space, we can not accomodate plus 1's for everyone. When you RSVP online, it will indicate if you have a plus one with either their name or "xyz's guest".

We recognize some of you will be traveling with kids, and we love our nieces and other little ones, however, the wedding events will be adults only. They are welcome to attend the Saturday/Sunday brunch, and use the ammenities on Saturday, but please make child care arrangements for the Friday night welcome dinner and wedding from 4pm-10:30pm when the wedding takes place on Saturday.

Echo Lake Inn is pet friendly, but not all rooms are. If you have a room reserved at Echo Lake Inn and you wish to bring your pet, please check that your room is pet friendly. If you are bringing your pet, they must be leashed at all times and not attend any wedding events. Keep in mind, our elderly dog Bentley will be attending the wedding and around the property. He is great with people but shy with other dogs, so we wish to avoid any altercations if possible.

The Friday night welcome dinner will include complimentary beer and wine until 9pm. The Friday night after party will be cash bar. The Saturday wedding night cocktail hour and reception will be open bar.

This is a destination style wedding. We encourage our guests to treat this weekend as a weekend get away at the lake, starting with a casual welcome dinner/ bonfire Friday night, through a Sunday morning farewell brunch. Echo Lake Inn has access to the lake with boats, an in ground pool, tennis courts, and a great golfcourse is next door. We understand if you can only attend the ceremony and reception, but it would mean a lot if we could see more of you.

Ludlow, Vermont is a rural area and not too close to any major airports. The major airports are Boston, MA, Hartford, CT, and Burlington, VT. We recommend renting a car from the airport or making arrangements to carpool with others flying in to the same airport.
