Your presence on our special day is a gift in itself, but if you wish to gift us, we do not have a registry as with Vietnamese wedding traditions, it is customary to receive Li Xi (red envelopes)/Monetary gifts. In our culture, it is belief to gift money to help newlyweds start their new lives together with the best foot forward with good fortune and financial stability. During the reception, we have chào bàn where the parents of the bride and groom + the bridal party accompany the couple to greet each table and personally thank each guest for their attendance and gifts.
