April 2020. Tom was living in Somersworth, NH and Tori was living at her parent’s in East Hampstead, NH. On April 12, 2020, Tom and Tori (& obviously Bleu) met at Tori’s best friend Jill’s house for Easter Brunch. Tori brought a quiche her mom made (Tori’s cooking cannot be trusted) and Tom brought a box of munchkins (per Jill’s request). They didn’t know it at the time…but this was just the start of of their lives together..

Fast forward to July 2020, Tori bought her home in Epping, NH and was casually swiping left and right one afternoon and…BAM! pops up Tom’s profile. Tori immediately screenshots and sends to Jill. Jill feverishly texted Tom. Jill had been scheming this match up for months. One thing led to another and they found themselves on their first date at Kume indulging on sushi and scorpion bowls. Little did they know, this would be the first of a 1,000 Kume dates.

Their lives quickly and seamlessly intertwined. Tori swooned Tom, and it was time to sell his house and make the move to Epping with Tori and Bleu. However, it seemed like something was always missing….that's when they both began to realize it was the sun. They believed this could be the time to make a big life change.

Fast forward to February 2022…Tom and Tori go on a vacation to Key Largo, but decided to spend a few days “scoping out” the area for possible places to live. Then while sitting in a cabana at The Bungalows in Key Largo Tori said the words Tom will never forget, “Why don’t we live here?”. On the flight home from that trip, they decided that Florida was where they were meant to be.

After a VERY long, stressful, and anxiety inducing 6 months…they got the word that Tom got the Deputy position with Pinellas County. 2 weeks later...Tori turned 30 and Tom popped the question with the help of Bleu…she said YES (and so did Bleu)! Tom left for Florida 5 days later to set up camp. Tori and Bleu weren’t far behind as their dream was becoming a reality.

With the endless support of their families, a tiny rental, and a crash course on hurricanes…they officially made the move and purchased their forever home.

Who knew that the impromptu Easter Brunch would have been the first chapter of this epic tale.
