Our Wedding

Victoria and I first met on August 13th, 2017 at Park Community Church Chicago, when she walked by my good friend Andrew Kletzing and I during communion. We locked eyes, she flashed her beautiful warm smile and the rest is history! Andrew's exact words were "Dude, you have to talk to her after church!" Our first official date was of course at an Italian restaurant (Topo Giggio), followed by a thrilling Game of Thrones episode!We both knew pretty quickly that this relationship was special, and by mid-October embarked on our first trip together to Maui. We have since adventured all over the US and the World together including Bali, Italy, England, France, Belgium, Aruba, Australia, New Zealand, and Turks and Caicos. Prior to meeting Victoria, the furthest I had gone was the Caribbean...and I certainly had never jumped out of an airplane at 20K feet! After an absolutely amazing 39 months together on November 14th, 2020, in the same place that we first met, I asked my best friend and better half to be my wife (and she thankfully said YES!). A month later we randomly took on another exciting adventure by moving from Chicago to Franklin, Tennessee! We do love it here, but definitely miss our family and friends in Chi, Cali, Ohio, etc. We are truly grateful for all of the support from you (our family and friends) over the years and would be absolutely honored if you would join us to celebrate our wedding on January 28th, 2022. We are beyond thrilled for this next chapter in our lives and look forward to hopefully seeing you in Saint Augustine, FL!Love,Tom and Victoria

Places to Stay:St. Augustine lays claim to being the oldest city in the US (founded in 1565), and is known for it's Spanish colonial architecture. An added bonus is that our wedding dates align with the annual Festival of Lights, so the entire city will be lit up at night.There are quite a few quaint old school B&amp;B's and historic hotels, as well as more modern places (Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, etc) to stay in the historic downtown area (within walking distance of our wedding venue). Type "Saint Augustine Florida Hotels" or "Hotels Near Treasury on the Plaza" into Google Maps and a wide range of options across all price ranges (from $70/night and up) will appear. We have provided a number of those options below. There are also quite a few very nice Airbnb options, again across all price ranges.We will likely stay at the brand new Renaissance St. Augustine Historic Downtown. This is a boutique hotel with just 89 rooms and is on the higher end in regards to cost (thankfully we have some Marriott points to use).
