Under the soft neon glow of Hamilton’s, a dive bar tucked away in San Diego's bustling heart, they met. It was 2017, and though it wasn’t their first time taking a chance on love, they both knew they’d walked through that door for a reason. They’d met on Match.com, but when they saw each other across the room, the whole night shifted. He was rugged and kind, with a quiet warmth in his smile. She was radiant, with a glimmer of guarded hope in her eyes. And right from that first glance, they felt an unmistakable pull.As they dated there were hours of laughter, whispers, and stories of past adventures. The jukebox would played low tunes and the bar’s friendly chaos swirled around them, they carved out a space just for the two of them, learning each other’s favorite songs, dreams, and fears. Her daughter was her world, and she spoke about her with a fierce love he admired instantly. And as she told him stories of bedtime rituals and little girl giggles, he began to envision himself fitting right in.Their love was bold from the start, a steady force that carried them through sunsets over Pacific beaches and cozy evenings on the couch, talking about everything from their favorite bands to what a future together might look like. He stepped into her life wholeheartedly, and when he met her daughter, he understood even more deeply the importance of this love he’d found. He wasn’t just falling in love with her; he was falling in love with them, a family all their own.San Diego felt right, but soon the idea of a new adventure called. They packed up their lives and moved to San Jose, sharing new dreams and building a life in a city brimming with possibility. When weekends rolled around, the three of them would drive to the Santa Cruz Mountains, falling in love with its towering redwoods and the mist that blanketed the hills. It felt magical there, like a place where they could let go of the world and just be themselves. And one day, after months of dreaming, they took the plunge and bought a small home nestled in those mountains.Their home in Santa Cruz became a world of its own. They’d wake up to birdsong and sleep under a sky filled with stars. The fireplace crackled in winter, filling their nights with warmth and laughter, as their daughter danced around the living room in fits of joy. Summers were spent BBQing, exploring, and watching the California sun sink below the trees.They created an amazing life together—a life filled with adventure, laughter, and love that felt too big to fit into words. Their story wasn’t just about two people finding each other. It was about two souls who, against the odds, found the place they were meant to be: not in a city or a house, but in each other’s arms, building a love that would last forever.

Pala Mesa is just 3 miles to the venue! Please use the booking code ADA-1007 to receive the group rate. If on the website, click Advanced Search then Group Number and enter our booking code there. Room blocks will be available until September 6th, after the 6th you will be subjected to normal resort rates. If you would like a more personal touch, or some assistance please call the hotel directly at 760-728-5881 and mention the group name Adame- Ramsay Wedding Block

This is the closet airport to fly into, it is about 1 hour and 10 minutes to the hotel from the airport.Please allow extra travel time. Traffic tends to build around 4PM, and the drive from the airport to Escondido can take up to 2 hours during peak times.
