What time should I arrive to the wedding?
The wedding starts at 4pm. It is best and expected for guests to arrive 20 minutes prior to the start time. Please plan to arrive at 3:40pm to be promptly seated.
Can I bring my child with me?
Please note that while this is not a child-free wedding, we only had the capacity to include children from the wedding party and from our immediate family. No additional children will be accepted. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience!
I received my invitation but only see my name. Can I bring a plus one?
No. Due to limited capacity, plus ones were limited to the wedding party and immediate family. We apologize and hope you enjoy the chance to mingle with others at the wedding!
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Cocktail and semi-formal attire are expected and encouraged! Cocktail dresses, pant suits, dress shirts with or without ties, polos, slacks, and khakis are all examples of acceptable attire. The theme of the wedding is "Spring" so we also encourage pastels and lighter colors.
Can I wear something cream, nude, or champagne?
No. Not only is champagne one of the wedding colors, but any neutral tone or color close to white is too close to a bridal look. Please refrain from wearing these colors.
In addition, we encourage guests not to wear navy blue or blush pink dresses as to not match the wedding party.
I have dietary restrictions. Will that be accommodated?
Yes. Guests requiring accommodations will be able to indicate that while RSVP'ing. For example, a vegetarian or vegan meal will be prepared for those that are vegetarian or vegan.
Is there parking onsite?
Yes. There is a parking lot available at the venue for guests to park in. Should any issues arise, they will be sorted out with our day-of coordinator.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The venue has accessibility features for handicapped individuals!
Where can I stay before or after the wedding?
Hotels are available in the area for guests to stay at. We recommend some of the following hotels:
-Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport
-Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baltimore - Bwi Airport North, an IHG Hotel
-Staybridge Suites Baltimore Bwi Airport, an IHG Hotel.
These three hotels are within 30 minutes of the venue!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Guests will be able to enjoy access to a full, premium open bar. Do note that the bar will close 15 minutes prior to the end of the wedding (9:15pm). Also, please keep in mind that taking shots and requesting full bottles of alcohol or drinks with only hard liquor (i.e. Long Island iced teas) are prohibited at our venue. Thank you for understanding!
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Yes! For guests who prefer to bring their gift in person rather than use the online registry, there will be a gift table and card box at the wedding!
