Because there are multiple events and a lot of information being collected, we are doing RSVPs online. Please go to the RSVP tab on this website, type in one attendees name, and hit find my invitation. This should prompt you to select yours and your spouses name. Navigating the RSVP page this way will ensure that you can RSVP for all events and make dinner selections for both attendees.

All invited guests names are listed on your invitation. Because of space restrictions at the wedding venue, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate plus ones for all guests or any children.

Because this is a destination wedding with many different events, we are asking that all RSVPs be in no later than September 12, 2023.

There will be shuttle services from The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point and Hyatt Place on the day of the wedding. - Shuttle Departure from Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place: 1:45PM - Return Shuttles: La Casa Toscana to Hotels: 10:15PM departure in front of main villa - La Casa Toscana to Millennial Brewing Company (after party): 10:15PM in front of main villa - Shuttles from Millennial Brewing Company to Hotels: 12:00AM and 1:30AM departures

If you are not taking the provided transportation from the hotels, please arrive no later than 2:45PM. The Ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:00PM. There is parking provided if needed. If you arrive after 3:00pm, we ask that you please wait inside the villa for the ceremony to end.

Yes! The welcome party will be outdoors in The Hyatt Regency's courtyard. The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. The recovery pool party and farewell dinner will also both be held outdoors. November tends to be a milder month in SWFL, but we have seen temperatures in the high 80s during November. Please plan accordingly and check the weather leading up to packing! Fans and shade will be available.

We say to plan your outfit as if you were going out to a nice dinner on vacation! No need for a tie or jacket (although you're welcome to wear them)! We would avoid shorts, jeans, t-shirts, sandals, and sneakers.

Suits and ties and cocktail dresses! The wedding is not black tie, but definitely the night to 'dress to impress'!

We know it is a long weekend of celebrating so we want everyone to be casual on our last night! Shorts, casual dresses, sandals are all great! Please avoid sweats ◡̈.
