Due to a local hockey tournament the same weekend, hotels are expected to fill up quickly. To guarantee your reservation, rooms must be booked no later than November 5, 2024. After this date, the block will be released and rooms will be open to the public.

A complimentary shuttle will be provided to wedding guests from 9:00-midnight.

Shuttle is not limited to hotel guests and will be providing transportation within the Hutchinson area.
