Toni & Jesse have some special wedding codes that hold a lot of meaning for them. Keep an eye out for these symbols during the ceremony and reception!


Almonds - a tradition at Italian weddings while growing up for the bride, also a nod to the grooms family roots in almond farming.


Elephants - the favorite/spirit animal of the brides late mom, Elaine. She collected them throughout her lifetime, and since her passing, Toni sees them as a sign that her mom is nearby.
(Fun fact - the day that Toni found her dress and the venue, she and Jackie met for breakfast. During the meal, the waiter surprised them by placing elephant salt & pepper shakers on the table. The girls took it as a sign Elaine was with them and knew it was going to be a great day!)


Wine Cork - the bride and groom met in wine country, Sonoma California, and did several vineyard tours together as part of the retreat they were on. They both still love full-bodied red wine!


Aromatics - the couple chose aromatic greens as a nod to her familys Italian heritage and the grooms illustrious culinary career.


Moon & Stars - while they both agree their love was written in the stars, they bonded over stargazing early in their courtship. Both loved looking at the night sky during their calls when separated by distance and felt connected by the shared experience.


Palm Tree - representing both Florida (where the bride has lived since 1992 and where the happy couple now resides) and California (where the groom spent most of his lifetime). These trees remind Toni & Jesse of their love of a laid-back sunny lifestyle.
