Yes, you must book your room by July 23, 2024 to get the discounted rate at the Sutton Place Hotel. There are of course many other options in town if that is more suited to your style.

Two pre-paid drink tickets per each adult of legal drinking age, along with table wine (white/red), and a champagne toast will be provided by Luke and Toni. A fully stocked bar is on site with many drink choices available. Cash, credit and debit are accepted.

Our ceremony starts at 4:00 pm at the Revelation Lodge which is mid mountain, you are required to take the gondola to the midway point so please ensure enough time to be properly seated. The reception will follow the ceremony at the same location, so no need to worry about finding the next spot. The bar will be open, and outdoor games will be available if weather permits following the ceremony. There is limited parking for those who choose to drive to the location-but we are asking most quests to take the gondola.

We ask that our guests wear semi-formal wear, we want you to be comfortable and to be able to dance the night away. The ceremony will be outside overlooking the mountains, so dress appropriately for the weather-wind is expected. If it rains plans will change and we will adjust to inside. The reception will be inside as well.

You will need a ticket to access the gondola. If you arrive Friday evening Toni and Luke will be handing out tickets, if you arrive Saturday we have friends that will be dispersing the tickets. Last call for gondola upload is 3:45 pm; please ensure you give yourself approx. 15 minutes to make your way to the Revelation Lodge. The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm sharp.
