Please arrive no later than 4:50pm, we will start the ceremony promptly at 5:00 pm.

We have a room block at Holiday Inn Express Suites in Ruckersville. Please see travel section to book your room at our discounted rate!

Yes, transportation will be provided from the Hotel to the venue and back. The buses will pick up at 4:15pm. The buses will not be making another round back to the hotel prior to the ceremony.

Yes! Anyone is welcome to attend the after party. Buses will take guests from the venue to the after party, and back to the hotel.

Yes! The parking lot is a short walk away from the ceremony.

Please RSVP on our website no later than April 10, 2024. We want each and every one of you to be there but, any RSVP’s after that date may not be able to be accommodated.

Due to the venue size and capacity limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the wedding invitation.

Colors! Please see below for some inspiration photos. We’d love for you to dress in colorful black tie so that we can have a cohesive feel. We can’t wait to see you shine! Please do keep in mind we will be outdoors the entire night. So, bring layers as it will get chillier as the sun goes down. Flats, wedges & block heels are recommended for the ladies.
