What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes or so before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is settled and seated on time.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Ceremony: 4:30 - 5:00pm Cocktail Hour: 5:00 - 6:00pm Reception: 6:00 - 10:00pm After Party: 10:00 - 12:00am

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be indoors.

What is the dress code

Black Tie optional

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before November 1st, 2024. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Please refer to the Accommodation section of our Wedding Website. A room block is in place at the Chateau Grande. To book your room visit their website and input your arrival and departure dates and select SPECIAL RATES. Then select GROUP RATES from the drop down menu and input PRICEKAROUT.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, there will be meal options offered for anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

We will be hosting a Welcome Party on Saturday and a post-wedding brunch for all guests that have decided to stay with us. The rehearsal Dinner and brunch will be hosted at The Chateau Grande.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Valet services will be available for all guests driving to our location.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only affair. We thank you for your understanding and hope arrangements can be made that allow you to still attend our big day and celebrate with us.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Our Ceremony is UNPLUGGED. We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’d like that time to be for our photographers and videographers so they can do their jobs without disruptions. Thank you.
