Audrey is Anna's younger sister. Since high school, Audrey & Anna have been inseparable. Audrey moved to Kansas City to attend UMKC and join Anna in KC in 2019 and they have enjoyed many great times together since. Although they never would have seen it coming, they have become each other's best friends. 

Audrey Baumstark

Drew is Tony's identical twin brother and best friend. They attended UMKC School of Medicine together and shared a room until Anna and Solveig arrived in their lives. He is now in his Anesthesia residency in Wichita and continues to frequently make it back to Kansas City to golf and spend time with Tony and their family. 

Drew Phillips

Molly & Anna met their senior year of high school when Molly moved to Washington, MO and they immediately became great friends. Although Molly has moved all over the US and beyond, they have remained best friends since. From trips to KC, to endless FaceTime calls, to hour-long phone calls, their friendship has never wavered. Molly is now working in Ireland!

Tim & Tony met at UMKC when they were both in the 6-year medical program and Beta Theta Pi fraternity. They were roommates their 2nd-5th years of the program and did everything together, from studying to working out and everything in between. He is now at UAB in Birmingham, AL for his Oral Surgery residency enjoying life with his wife Megan.

Maddie & Anna met their freshman year of high school when Anna moved to Washington. Anna believed they were best friends from the start, but Maddie actually didn't know who Anna was until sophomore  year, when they actually became best friends. They played school and club volleyball together, ate lunch together, and hung out every chance they got. Maddie is now living in STL & working on her masters!

Quin is a long time childhood friend. They spent many weekends playing video games growing up. Tony and Quin continue to golf, attend chiefs games, and  play video games on occasion when not too busy. His wife Dakota and him now have 2 beautiful children together, Harper and Malcolm. 

Quin Bunyar

Taylor & Anna met when they were both members of ADPi sorority Taylor's freshman year of college. They immediately realized how similar they were and became close friends. Anna became Taylors Grand-Big in the sorority, and Taylor later became Anna's sister Audrey's Big. Since college, they have remained close friends, getting together anytime their crazy schedules would allow! 

Taylor Tucker

Jamie & Tony have been friends since early childhood. They grew up just down the street from each other. Their relationship started with backyard football and today they continue to share a sometimes intense love for sports. Jamie attended UMKC at the same time as Tony, Anna, and Drew and is now an FP&A manager. He moved in with Anna & Tony in early 2022 & has continued to be a great friend and roommate! 

Jamie Crockett

Summer started hanging around in 2010 and was always over at the house, either hanging out with Anna's older brother, Jon, or babysitting Anna's little brother, Matt. Anna didn't care if Summer was there for her or not, she just knew she had to hang out with Summer! For the last 10+ years, Summer has been the older sister Anna didn't know she needed - giving advice, setting a great example, and always looking out for her. Summer officially became Anna's sister-in-law in 2020! Summer is now working as a physician assistant in Phoenix, AZ and is an amazing mother to Anna's niece & nephew!

Summer Baumstark

Garrett and Tony have been great friends since 7th grade pre-algebra. Their relationship grew from there through their love for football, video games, and practical thinking. Tony visited Pitt State frequently where Garrett attended undergrad and nursing school. He now takes contracts as a travel PCU nurse throughout the country. Garrett still finds time to make it back to Kansas City and stays in contact with Tony frequently to discuss patient cases and of course sports.

Madi is Tony's older sister and has always been a welcoming face to Anna. Since they met in 2017, Madi has been a shining light in Anna's life, always there to listen, to buy treats & toys for the dogs, and to hang out with at family gatherings. Anna is so excited to be an aunt again to Madi's daughter, Sophie, & has loved every minute she gets to spend with them both!

Madi Hoggard

Ben & Tony met at UMKC when they were both in the 6-year medical program and Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He is Tony's fellow Kansas City native who shares a deep love for Kansas City sports. They reveled in the Royals 2014 and 2015 World series runs and the many years of Chiefs success. Ben and Tony now enjoy competing on the pickle-ball court. Ben knows great food and is Tony's go to for restaurant recommendations in every city. They remain in contact despite Ben moving away from the midwest weather to sunny San Diego, where he is now an ENT resident at UCSD.

Ben Bernard

Jess & Anna met in medical school and quickly became great friends! From talking in classes to singing karaoke every chance they got, Anna & Jess have become closer and closer. They look forward to continuing to grow their friendship through medical school and beyond!

Jessica Halla

Tyler (TJ) is Tony's childhood friend. They grew up playing football and baseball together and have continued to be close friends through college and into adulthood. TJ graduated with Tony and went on to Mizzou for undergrad and Air Force ROTC, then to flight school in Oklahoma. He now is a Captain and is stationed in Wichita where he pilots the KC-46. He lives there with his new wife Blaire and their dog, Gunner. 

TJ Mausbach

Caroline is Anna's brother's girlfriend. Ryan & Caroline moved to Hermann in 2021 and Anna & Caroline quickly became great friends! They have shared many great times over the past year including many trips to KC, nights at their treehouse, & days exploring in Hermann! Caroline has quickly become part of the Baumstark family! 

Caroline

Tony and Ethan have been friends since grade school. They played football  and baseball as kids growing up. Their friendship continued into high school spending many hours together in football and weight lifting. They also share a love for hunting. Ethan went to Pitt State for college and played MLB for their football team. Tony and Ethan have continued their friendship throughout the years since high school. He is now a Construction project manager for Cardinal Crest Homes in Kansas City.
