We ask all guests promptly RSVP by the date listed on your invitation. (March 15th 2025). This gives us an accurate head count for our food & bar vendors and our seating chart. Anyone who hasn’t responded to the RSVP by the date listed will be an assumed “decline”. If you have not RSVP’d and decide to join us anyway in the most respectful way the bride asks you bring a lawn chair and a sandwich.

All plus ones will be listed when you RSVP. Due to the size and capacity of the venue we are not able to accommodate a plus one for every guest or have any unexpected guests. So, Please respect that only those with a +1 listed when they RSVP are accommodated to bring a guest.

There will be an open bar providing draft beer, mixed drinks, soda and water. Please drink responsibly and most importantly PLEASE tip your bartenders! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

Our ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be indoors, but an outdoor space is available for socializing.

Some things to consider that our venue wants you to know: - Smoking: Any cigarette butts found on the property and not disposed of properly will result in the bride and groom being charged a fine. If you are a smoker PLEASE dispose of your butts properly. - The bar: The venue has full right to shut down our bar or cut anyone off if any misconduct occurs. Please remember this is our special day and if you choose to drink please do it in a respectful and responsible manner. -Parking: We will have 2 people present to assist with parking per our venues policy. Please take their direction when parking so we are able to make the most out of the space provided to us.
