The Sequoia has limited parking, so guests will not be able to park onsite. We will be organizing shuttles to transport guests from 2 locations: 1) The Sheraton in Scotts Valley, 2) A rented parking lot near the venue, should you want to drive your own vehicle.

Ben Lomond's weather in March is a bit unpredictable. The Sequoia is located in the redwood forest of the Santa Cruz mountains. Both ceremony and dinner will be held outside - so please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly! Should the weather decide to be uncooperative, we will have contingency plans in place to keep guests dry (it's like raaiiinnnn on your wedding day)

We encourage cocktail attire! Keep in mind that much of the wedding will take place outdoors, walking on a variety of different surfaces including grass, so please be mindful of your footwear choices.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a Thai buffet with a selection of meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. This menu should be accommodating to our vegan and gluten free guests!

Yes, there will be an open bar serving beer, wine, and drinks <14% alcohol. Hard alcohol is not allowed at The Sequoia.
