Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so dress comfortably and for the weather. The reception will take place inside, where we’ll celebrate with dinner, dancing, and our midnight countdown!

Cocktail/Black Tie Optional Attire - We’d love for our guests to ring in the New Year in style! Cocktail attire is perfect (think suits and dresses), but if you’d like to go all out in black tie — tuxedos and evening dresses are more than welcome. Sparkle, festive colors, and a little extra NYE flair are encouraged!

Please check your invitation for plus-one details. If a guest is included, we would be delighted to welcome them. When you RSVP on our website, you’ll have the option to update your guest’s name.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are children in the family. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We ask that guests arrive at 4:30 PM so there’s plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. If you’re taking transportation from the hotel, the shuttles will arrive at the venue at 4:30 PM.

Yes! We are providing transportation to and from the Hampton Inn in Bulverde, Texas Hill Country. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the provided transportation so we can plan accordingly.

Yes! When you RSVP, you’ll have the option to list any dietary restrictions. Our venue can accommodate them, and if additional details are needed, we will reach out to you directly.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! If you’d like to give a gift, we kindly ask that physical gifts not be brought to the venue, as items from our registry will be shipped directly to us. Cards are welcome and can be placed in the card box at the wedding.
