Our Story told by David... It began as a simple swipe right and then a first date that ended with me being soaking wet from the rain and a car that just so happened to splash me driving by. Although it was not ideal it definitely was a first date to remember.From there we had a lot of similarities such as being family orientated and being some what of a home body but I was surprised that this quiet girl could hang with me and some of my party ways. From our first NYE's party together within a month of seeing each other to our Vegas trips later on in our relationship. And speaking of Vegas that was the first time I will say that the relationship was tested but in a good way. Someone tried to out party me and I knew that I had found the one.With this wonderful woman I gained a wonderful daughter who I could not leave out of this story because she is one of the main reasons we made it to the finish line. It started with a wish on Sadie's birthday for her mom and I to get married. Now who am I to deny a kid a wish so I knew what I had to do. I already picked out a ring at least 8 weeks ago and was originally planning on proposing sometime before Thanksgiving but Sadie sped it up. So on October 23rd, 2024 on a very special 8 year old's birthday I made her wish come true and proposed to her mom and gave her a locket to cement her being my daughter forever. Our Story told by Tori... Let’s just say if I hadn’t slid into his DMs first, we might not be here! Our first date felt so easy and so natural! From the very beginning everything has felt so natural and fell together so organically. Not long after dating we went to a NYE party and I had got in bed and he handed me a makeup wipe and told me to take my makeup off. By the time he got back from his shower I had fallen asleep with my makeup on. The next morning I woke up and found out this man took my makeup off for me. I knew very soon after our first date I was going to marry this man. His immense patience and care to every little detail has made our relationship so easy. He always looks out for myself and Sadie. He has been so accepting of my girl and that’s all I could ever ask for. I am so ready for forever together!
