Drafted onto the same hockey team for the '21-'22 winter season of beer league, we spent the winter months getting to know each other. Many, many hours were spent together driving in the car, traveling to tournaments, and drinking brown pops after games. At the end of the season, our team took home the cup at the Eugene RHL championship game! After the season ended, our romance began.

After taking a trip to Minnesota together and meeting each others' families, Dave asked Tori (and her dog Comet) to move in with him. We've basically been joined at the hip ever since.

After the passing of Tori's first dog Comet, we fell in love with and adopted a 6 month old golden retriever we named Mona who loves water, sticks, and balls. She can't wait to meet our family and friends at the wedding!

We closed on our first house in Veneta, Oregon! It has a huge yard for Mona to patrol, a two-car shop for Dave to refine his hobbies, and plenty of space for Tori to host dog slumber parties.

We've both known for a long time that we're each others' soulmates, so it was no surprise when Dave proposed. We can't wait to tie the knot and make forever official!
