What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We encourage you to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Your Sunday best (dressy casual attire) would be perfect! Jeans are perfectly acceptable when paired with a nice shirt. Although it will be October, please remember we are in Texas, so it will likely still be a little warmer than a typical North Carolina fall.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. Should there be rain on our special day, the ceremony will still be outside, but under a covered pavilion.

Will there be parking at the venue?

There is plenty of parking at the venue, but we do encourage people to carpool with at least 2-3 people per car. The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, so no need to drive or move your car between the two. Uber and Lyft are available if needed.

Are kids welcome?

Of course! If you want your children to be there, so do we! If you wish to have a kid-free weekend, we completely understand that too. Please include any children who will be eating their own plate during the reception in your count when you RSVP, this will help us ensure there is plenty of food for everyone. *There is a strict venue policy that all children must be supervised at all times.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please reach out to the bride and groom as early as possible notifying us of any allergy or dietary restrictions. We want everyone to be able to join in during all activities, including cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert!

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

We kindly ask that all phones be put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture these special moments. We do encourage you to take pictures before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and at the reception! It is always fun to see the event through the eyes of everyone there and your pictures help us do this!
