Arrival can be anywhere between 4pm and 4:25pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

The dress code is semi formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans. Ties are not required.

Children are allowed at the Welcome Party. Please note the bar is on a body of water, so please make sure you keep an eye on your children at all times.

Only immediate family children are invited to the wedding. Children will be specified on the RSVP if they are invited.

Yes, there will be an after party at Trent's Joint on the River. Same location as welcome party. There will be light bites, music, and good times! The last bus will take guests from Trent's Joint to the Hotel at 1:30am, however, Trent's Joint is within walking distance from the hotel.

There will be transportation provided by Statement Limousine from the hotel to the venue, and then when wedding ends, from the venue to the hotel/after party. The bus will pick guests up from the hotel starting at 3:30pm out front of the hotel. Transportation is first come first serve. The bus will start to pick people up when the wedding ends around 10:45pm. They will make a stop at the bar and then the hotel. They will run until 1:30am.

There are lots of other hotels in the area, and within 25 minutes of the venue. The Ariel Broadway Hotel is closest to our venue and welcome/after parties. Please feel free to look into other hotels listed below if all room blocks are already called for, or if you'd prefer different pricing, location, etc. Wyndham Avon, Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland/Sheffield, Hilton Inn & Suites Elyria, Courtyard Cleveland Elyria by the Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites Cleveland Avon.
