Room blocks are available at both the Hampton Inn Meadville and the Quality Inn Meadville. Guests will be responsible for calling to book and pay for their room under the room block (The Obenrader/Crislip Wedding). They are located very close to each other so guest will still be able to interact with each other even if they are staying at different hotels. They are approximately 15 mins from the venue.

The shuttle available to take guests to and from the hotel and venue will pick up guests at both hotels. The shuttle will be set up to get guests to the venue 45 mins and 15 mins before the ceremony. The shuttle will then take guests back to the hotel at various points during the reception.

Pickup:

1:55 PM from both hotels (Arrive at venue at 2:10 PM)

2:30 PM from both hotels (Arrive at venue at 2:45 PM)

Return to hotel:

All times for shuttle services to bring guests back to the hotel will be announced ahead of time by the DJ (likely around 8 PM, 10 PM, and at the conclusion of the reception)
