Michael and Tori met back in April 2023 while Michael was working at IMPD and Tori was working at IEMS. Michael and Tori had ran into each other while responding to the same call on several different occasions. Michael messaged Tori on Facebook and got Tori's number, the two started dating shortly after.

Michael and Tori got engaged in August of 2024. The two eloped shortly after and planned to have a ceremony and reception with their family and friends in 2025, and that time has finally come!
