The venue is in a residential area so parking will be limited. Street parking is available along the one side of the street but please do not park along the bus route. Our suggestion is to car pool with other family/guests or cab if you live close by! As a reminder, no drinking and driving will be tolerated.
What food will be available at the reception?
The bride and groom are not serving a traditional sit down meal. There will be hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and a meal provided via Food Truck for you to enjoy! There will be meat and vegetarian options.
What seating options will be provided for guests?
There will not be traditional tables and seating arrangements. The bride and groom will have a variety of seating and standing tables available to have space for dancing and celebrating with guests.
What covid -19 protocols will be implemented?
The event will abide by any covid-19 protocols put in place by the provincial government including guest amount, vaccine mandates, and health and safety recommendations. The venue is privately owed so they will not require proof of vaccination but it is preferred by the bride and groom that you will be fully vaccinated for the safety of all guest attending the event.
What time will the event end?
The venue is in a residential area so to avoid noise violations the bride and groom ask guests to leave by 10 pm.
Will there be alcohol served at the event?
Yes! There will be beer and alcoholic beverages available in cans and bottles. There will be no liquor served to guests. This is a private event and there is not a liquor license required. The home owners will be responsible for guests so there is no drinking and driving tolerated. If you drive and drink at the event, the home owners will ask you to leave your vehicle parked at the venue overnight and ask you to cab home.
