Though the bride and groom wish we could celebrate our special day with everyone, we appreciate your understanding that this is an intimate celebration, and we are unable to extend plus-ones outside of our set guest list. We ask that we keep our guests in attendance to those who have received invitations.

Our wedding day is a celebration of our love and commitment, and we’ve decided to share this intimate moment with the people closest to us. The only children invited to the wedding are the Groom's niece and the Bride's close cousins, who are in the bridal party. All the children invited are 4 and up. We kindly ask those whose children were not directly invited to treat this occasion as a "date night out," as your presence would still mean the world to us.

Given that the venue is local for the majority of the guests, and the venue has ample parking for all guests, there has been no arrangements made for a hotel block or transportation. Guests are welcome to look into their own transportation and hotel needs.

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire. Please avoid wearing white, champagne, and/or ivory. The bridal party will be dressed in shades of blues and greens, which guests are more than welcome to match!

Of course! Come when you can – just don’t forget to inform the Bride and Groom of which events you will not be able to attend, so they can have proper guest counts.

Although we cannot predict the weather, our wedding is in the middle of December, and we are hoping for an outdoor ceremony. Please plan to have coats and to dress accordingly for this weather.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day, and ask that you do not use your cell phones to take pictures during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

There is a no-smoking or vaping policy at Aldie Mansion. You cannot smoke on the property outside or indoors. You may be asked to leave the premises by staff if you go against this policy.

We will have an open bar for all guests. We do want to remind everyone, however, that Aldie Mansion has a "no shots" policy.
