Q + A

What’s the easiest way to get to the wedding in Mexico City?

The easiest way is to fly into Mexico City International Airport (Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez, MEX). It’s the main airport and only about 20–30 minutes from the Roma Norte neighborhood where the wedding festivities will take place.

What’s the best way to get from the airport to Roma Norte?

You’ve got a few easy options: Uber or DiDi: Safe, reliable, and affordable. Uber is widely used in Mexico City. Expect to pay around $10–$20 USD, depending on traffic (this is our personal recommendation). Authorized Airport Taxis: You can book a taxi at official booths inside the airport (before exiting). Pay in advance with a credit card or pesos. Private Car Service: If you prefer a pre-arranged ride, several services offer airport pickups (great for groups or if you want extra comfort).

Where should I stay in Mexico City for the wedding?

We recommend staying in Roma Norte, which is one of Mexico City’s most vibrant, walkable, and charming neighborhoods—full of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and beautiful architecture. Our wedding venue is located here as well, so being nearby will make the weekend especially convenient. The neighboring Condesa area is another wonderful option, offering a similarly charming and lively atmosphere. Airbnb is typically the most cost-effective choice, and there are plenty of great options in both neighborhoods. While most major hotel chains are also close by, we won’t be booking a hotel block—so we highly encourage browsing Airbnb to find the stay that best fits your style.

Are there major hotel chains near Roma Norte?

Roma Norte is known for its boutique stays, but here are a few reliable options: Four Points by Sheraton offers familiar comforts right in the neighborhood. The Hilton Mexico City Reforma, St. Regis, and Sofitel Reforma are luxurious, globally recognized brands just a short ride away. They are perfect if you’re looking for extra amenities or prestige but still want easy access to Roma Norte’s charm.

Where is the venue?

The venue name is Sobremesa. Puebla 135, Roma Nte., Cuauhtémoc, 06700 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico.

Will there be activities besides the wedding?

We plan to host a cocktail gathering, as well as book a taco and tequila tour that ends at the Lucha Libre in the days before the wedding. More details to come!

Can I bring an extra guest?

Due to our very limited venue capacity, only those listed on the invitations are included. We appreciate you being a part of our intimate gathering.
