2) Visiting Laplaya Beach and Golf Resort’s website. Select the icon “Book Now”, enter in the dates of stay and the group code 1131ED.

The group code must be entered in order to receive the group rates offered. Rooms may not be available online for pre or post dates.

The resort requires a one night’s room and tax deposit with each individual reservation. Individuals canceling less than seven days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations must be received by: September 8, 2024. Room rates for reservations received after this deadline may be subject to change.

Cancellations must be received: 72HRS prior to date of arrival for the months of May through December 18th. 7 DAYS for the months of December 19th through April. Cancellations received after this deadline will be charged a 1 nights room and tax charge, same for no show.

We will charge ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT plus tax when making a reservation. Rates above are valid for 3 Days Pre or Post Event Dates above on both room types.

$39.95 Nightly Resort Fee will be added to each room/s bill, plus applicable tax and is subject to change.

All rooms are subject to availability and are on a first come first serve basis.
