WELCOME COCKTAIL May 28th, 2026 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Join us for a welcome cocktail to kick off the celebration! Dress Code: White, semi-formal Location: TBD This is a social time for everyone to mingle. and get to know each other. Note: No food will be served. Feel free to have a snack beforehand or enjoy dinner afterward at one of the resort’s restaurants. WEDDING DAY May 30th 4:45- 5:30PM – Ceremony- Atlantico Terrance Guests not seated before 5:00pm will need to wait until after the bride enters to be seated 5:30- 7:00 PM – Cocktail Hour- Unique Bar 7:00 – 11:00 PM: Reception- Goldfish Restaurant Afterparty: 11:00 PM – Late🎉 Join us at Chia Nightclub( on-site). Welcome Cocktail PartyWe’re asking all guests to wear WHITE for this event. It’ll create a clean, stylish look to kick off the celebrations. (The resort also hosts its own White Party every Monday if you'd like to join that.) Wedding DayWe don’t have a specific dress code.Our wedding style is modern and elegant.It is an outdoor ceremony at the resort- not on the sand. Dressy and stylish, but keep the warm weather in mind. I haven&#8217;t booked yet. When is the last day to do so?
The final booking deadline is March 4th. We&#8217;ll be providing our final numbers to the resort right after that date, so no new bookings can be added.
 
Do I need a passport?
Yes. It must be valid for the duration of your stay. Some airlines may require at least 6 months' validity.
 
Is there an entry form for the Dominican Republic ?
Yes. All travelers must complete the entry and exit E-Ticket form online before travel.

You can fill out both the entry and exit forms at the same time, and we recommend doing it 24&#8211;72 hours before your flight. After submitting, you&#8217;ll receive a QR code, be sure to screenshot, or print it to show at the airport.

Can we leave the resort?
Yes! You're free to explore or book excursions.
 
Can I drink the water?
Only use bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth. The resort provides bottled water in your room and at restaurants.
 
Is room service included?
Yes, it's included in the all-inclusive package
 
How do I make a reservation at the resort restaurants?
It&#8217;s very important to download the Lopesan app and book your restaurant reservations immediately after check-in! Reservations fill up fast, and using the app early ensures you won&#8217;t miss out on dining at the resort&#8217;s popular restaurants that require reservations.
 
Are there events besides the wedding?
Yes! Check the itinerary section.
 
Is there a doctor on-site?
Yes. A doctor and pharmacy are available at the resort for a fee (USD only).
 
Do I need insurance?
We strongly recommend medical travel insurance. Cancellation insurance is optional but encouraged.
 
Is there shopping nearby?
Yes! The resort has shops at The Boulevard (note: prices may be higher). A local souvenir market is also accessible by walking along the beach to the right of the resort.
 
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
When you check in at Lopesan Costa B&#225;varo, ask the front desk for an allergy card to help communicate your allergies with restaurant staff. We also recommend informing your servers directly at each meal to ensure your safety.
 
Is there a lot of walking at the resort?
The resort is fairly large, so you can expect some walking. However, everything is conveniently close together. Please note that there are no golf carts available for guests, so plan for a bit of walking during your stay.
 
Is there Wi-fi at the resort?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including in guest rooms and public areas.
 
What electrical outlet is used?
The Dominican Republic uses standard U.S. outlets (Type A/B, 110V). No adapter is needed if you're coming from the U.S. or Canada.
 
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We&#8217;re having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras off. Our photographer will capture everything .Feel free to take photos and videos after the ceremony!
 
What's included in my resort stay?
Lopesan Costa B&#225;varo is an all-inclusive resort. Your stay includes food, drinks, entertainment, pools, beach access, and more! Some upgraded restaurants or spa services may have an additional cost.
 
Will I need to bring cash?
While the resort is mostly cashless, it&#8217;s helpful to bring small bills ($1s and $5s USD) for tipping housekeeping, bartenders, and drivers. Credit cards are accepted for extras at the resort - note: there may be an additional fee with your bank if using a credit card.
