We love our family and friends and all of your kiddos, but we kindly ask this event to be adults only(18+), aside from our adorable wedding party. In order for us to celebrate with everyone we want to see, we are limited to specific numbers. Plus, we want you to relax, kick back, and dance the night away with us! ;)
Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that you go by your wedding invitation RSVP page. Plus ones are already accounted for and will be mentioned.
What time should we arrive at the ceremony site?
Spring Creek Gardens is a public facility and closes at 5:00. Please begin arriving at this time and you'll be seated by 5:15. Ceremony will begin at 5:30 - Traci's final moment to attempt being a "Stickler" ;)
What's the booze situation?
We will supply beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages after the ceremony while we take photos, so please have a cooling drink on us! Keep timing in mind, as we will be gathering at The Agave Room for dinner, dancing, and shenanigans at 7:00! We will also cover drinks at The Agave Room for a designated amount, and then it will become a cash bar.
Where do I RSVP?
We sure hope you can make it! Please let us know by 4/30/24 and link is on the HOME page - easy peasy!
Suggestions for hotel?
We recommend the Hilton off of Prospect, and have several rooms blocked for special pricing (see Travel tab). You can literally walk to the ceremony site, Gardens on Spring Creek.
However, if you'd prefer to stay in Old Town at a boutique hotel, we recommend The Elizabeth!
PARKING?
There is complimentary parking at the Gardens, and a parking garage across the street from The Rio on Mason and Mountain if you don't want to look for street parking. First hour is free!
