We will be getting to the hotel Thursday 6/27 around 9 in the morning! Our plans for Thursday is just to have a beach day! 🌊☀️👙 There is a beach access just 10 min away from our hotel! Anyone who wants to come is welcome!

Friday- We are have a Rehearsal dinner for everyone that has traveled ✈️ to be part of our special day as a way to say Thank you and hang out! The dinner will be out by the pool area at the Tiki Hut at the hotel at 4pm. The hotel is Radisson Inn by the Port 8701 Astronaut Blvd Cape Canaveral, FL for those who aren’t staying there! Food will be provided but drinks non alcoholic and alcoholic can be purchased at the Tiki Bar! 🍹🌴

Saturday- Wedding Day ❤️👰‍♀️🤵🏾‍♂️🚢

Everyone coming to the wedding needs to be in the hotel lobby dressed and ready for the wedding NO LATER than 9am!! We will have a shuttle bus there that is going to transport all of us together so that we get to the port at the same time!! 

☀️🍹👙 NON SAILING guest: You will get your boarding passes in the lobby from April or Billy! When we get to port just have your ID or birth certificate ready along with your boarding pass! When you go through security they may or may not keep your ID. That is totally up to who is working at the time. IF they take it, you will get it back once you exit the ship.

🌴🌊🏖️🚢 SAILING guest: you will go through security like normal with your boarding passes etc. All bags except for what you are carrying on the ship will need to be checked at the terminal. If you are going to need something for the wedding please carry it with you and don’t check it because the rooms will not be ready before the wedding! Everyone still needs to check in when it opens starting on the 15th. Just select anytime time. The boarding time does not matter for you since you will be boarding with the wedding party. But you DO need to check in and complete that whole process!!! 

❤️❤️ When we get on the ship, if I have not tasked you with a job lol you are free to roam the ship and explore but please be back at the Havana Bar by 1215!! You can even go try the Buffett or Guys Burgers or Shaq’s Chicken but please don’t get lost (it’s easy to do unless you have Ayla with you who has the ship memorized 😎🤣) also keep in mind not to fill up on food because we will have food at the reception along with an OPEN BAR!! There will be a “walk through” with Chris and the wedding party at 1230. The ceremony will begin at 1pm. The reception will be from 1:30-2:30. The wedding party will take photos around the ship from 2:30-3 then everyone not sailing will exit the ship!! Yes it’s going to be hard cause you’re gonna fall in love with the ship but they frown upon stow aways lol 😂 

🏖️Additional Information: 
- Shuttle to the port and back to the hotel is free. - If you are sailing and need to park your car at the hotel while you are gone please add that to your reservation when you check in to the hotel. It will be $60 for the duration of your cruise.
- If you need transportation from the airport to the hotel please call at least 48 hours prior to your arrival and prepay over the phone. It will be $50 per person round trip or $80 for 2 people round trip. You just call the hotel and follow the prompts to get to airport transport
