~High School Sweethearts~

Having met at Plano Senior High School where the couple spent the last two years of their grade school tenure, they hit it off upstairs at the school library while developing their chess skills. As time progressed, they realized how much they enjoyed spending time together and thus the relationship was born.

~ College Years~

Since the beloved couple is one year apart in their schooling, Daniel decided to pursue a Bachelors of Arts in History at University of Texas at Austin with the plan of heading to Law School. Whereas Tracy decided to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi with the plan to start her career in R&D. With one being in Arlington, TX and another in Corpus Christi, TX the relationship went through trying times as they put their careers first and the beginnings of the long-distance relationship. The couple sears that the relationship survived thanks to endless Skype calls.

~Post Baccalaureate~

As if spending 4 years apart isn't enough, the couple decided to continue pursuing their education with Daniel obtaining his law degree at Case Western University in Ohio with one year abroad in China. Tracy pursued her Masters in Biomedical Sciences at Teas A&M University. At this point, technology has evolved from skype calls to facetime so communication was a little easier (aside from the time difference between TX and China).

~More than One Decade Later~
After a long journey apart, the couple finally settled in Bryan, TX where they both work for the University. They also found a home where they can make up for all the lost time spent apart. Their family grew with the addition of Emma & Noire, da best doggos, to share their adventures with from camping to hiking! And finally, they lived happily ever after!
