Our story began in late 2018, building up throughout our weekly Monster Mash workouts within the ballpark for the Cleveland Guardians. After weeks of working out near each other, Zach realized it was during these workouts was the only real time he got to spend with Tracy. Zach decided that the best time to ask Tracy out was when she was tired, sweating, and we were both doing crunches. The plan worked and we went out on our first date on Labor Day.



After restaurant dates, stolen plates, airport drop-offs, beer-festing, hiking, and questionable home cooking from Zach, we both knew this could be something special and wanted to spend more and more time together. After a year or so of packing overnight bags and traveling downtown or to Edgewater, we decided to move in-together April of 2020…perfect timing!



No better way to get to know if you love someone than immediately starting the move-in packed into a one-bedroom apartment during Covid! Neither of us would have picked another person to be able to go through that experience with. As time wore on, we got a puppy together (Mozzy!), purchased a town home together, and Zach proposed on July 13th, 2023 in Columbus during the All-Star Break.
