The ceremony and reception are going to be outdoors at Micah's parents' farm. There will be a big tent for shade, and there are trees throughout the property. There will be handheld paper fans for use, as well as plenty of water.

There will be a parking designated portion of the yard for parking. If that section is full, parking can be on the side of the road just don't block the parking spots please!

Please do not bring a plus one unless it was confirmed by the Bride or Groom. There will be limited food options, and they want to make sure that there is enough food for everyone.

To allow all our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only occasion.

Yes! We want everyone to be able to celebrate in their own way. We just ask that if you partake, you have a ride home safely. We do not want our family or friends to put themselves or others at risk.

We ask that you dress in cocktail attire. Please use our wedding as a reason to dress your best! Our wedding party’s color palette is burgundy. They are accented with colors of eucalyptus green, dusty pink, and mauve, but please do NOT feel that you need to include or consider these in your outfit choices. Our wedding is hosted outdoors, so keep that in mind when choosing shoes. We wouldn't recommend thin heels to not sink into the grass. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, and white or off-white dresses.

Since our Ceremony is going to start at 3:00pm, guests should arrive no later than 2:30pm to park, mingle and find their chairs to be ready for the ceremony.

The closest hotel is The Comstock Inn, located in Owosso, which is about 15 minutes north from the venue. There is a Quality Inn located in Durand, 15 minutes to the east. There are many hotels in East Lansing/Okemos as well, about 30 minutes away.
