We understand that dressing for a wedding can be stressful, but we are creating such a special night together, and we want our guests to dress up with us. Because who doesn't like looking fancy for a night? ;) The dress code is black tie! We kindly ask that men wear a tuxedo and women wear a floor-length gown. We appreciate everyone following the black tie dress code for our special day.

Denver International Airport (DIA)

Yes, we will be providing transportation to the venue. All guests are asked to arrive to the Spring Hill Suites Denver/West by no later than 2PM. The shuttle will be leaving promptly at 2:15PM to arrive to the venue by 3PM. The hotel does not have parking, but there is a mall directly behind the hotel that you may park at with a staircase that leads directly down to the hotel. There will be one pick up at 8PM from the venue to the hotel. The last pick up time is 10PM when the wedding ends.

Yes, we have blocked out rooms at Springhill Suites by Mariott in Golden, CO. Link to book your room(s) can be found below. The deadline to book your room is September 1st, but we ask that you book ASAP in order for us to add additional rooms to our block if necessary. If it's your first time to Colorado, there is always a small risk of elevation sickness due to the high altitude. We suggest arriving in Colorado on Friday in order to give yourself time to adjust to the higher elevation.

We ask that the ceremony be unplugged so that guests are not distracted by their devices and our wedding photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. However, after the ceremony, you may take as many photos as you would like! We will be providing everyone with a fun app upon arrival to download :)

Yes, we have an open bar from cocktail hour until the end of the night. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the elevation, one drink equals two. Please be mindful when consuming alcohol at the venue.

Our wedding venue offers breathtaking views of the mountains and our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception will be held inside. Due to being in the mountains, we suggest bringing a light layer should you get cold. The venue does have portable heaters that can be turned on if need be.
