We ask that you RSVP ASAP. Even if you are not planning to attend, please go to our website and decline the invitation, or contact Travis/Katya personally. To ensure we have enough seating, tables, food, and drinks for everyone, we ask that you RSVP latest by March 10th.

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm on Saturday. With that, we recommend you arrive to the venue 30 minutes prior. Whether you arrive to the Knoxville area the day prior, on Friday, or the day of is entirely up to you given your schedule! Most hotels have a check-in time of 3pm so if you would like to get ready at your hotel and would like more time, we would recommend coming into town the night before.

Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of close family and our wedding party.

Of course! We will have hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner selection. Additionally, there will be an open bar serving signature cocktails, wine, beer, and seltzers.

The wedding will primarily reside outdoors. The reception will be held under a covered tent.

If you drive, the venue has a parking lot with plenty of parking space available. Uber/Lyft is also available in the area!

Yes, you can leave your car in the venue parking lot overnight. However, please note that the gates to the venue will be closed after the reception is over and will not reopen until 9am .

Alcohol service will end and music will be turned down at 10pm. The reception will formally end by 10:30pm.
