We suggest layering as the days can be hot and the nights will be cool. Our ceremony is on grass, so be sure to wear wedges or flats.

Dress Code

To get to McCall, you’ll want to fly into Boise Airport (BOI) and rent a car for the drive. The trip takes about two hours via Highway 55, a scenic route that follows the Payette River directly into the mountains. It’s a straightforward drive, but because July is peak season in Idaho, we recommend leaving Boise earlier in the day to avoid weekend traffic. Having a car will also give you the freedom to explore the lake and surrounding trailheads once you’ve settled in. We have a room block at The Evergreen Hotel.

The Rustic Inn is located right on 3rd street within walking distance to the lake and local restaurants. McCall Idaho is a four season destination for the whole family. Weather its winter, spring, summer or fall you will find plenty of activities to keep the whole family happy. Scandia Inn provides air-conditioned accommodations in McCall. The motel also has free WiFi and free private parking. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. At the motel rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. At Scandia Inn guests are welcome to use a hot tub. Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around McCall, like hiking.
