If you are camping, you are welcome to come as early as 3:30p to set up your campsite! If you are not camping, please arrive around 4p. You are welcome to set up your campsite or arrive to the event during Cocktail Hour as well, which is from 5-6p.

Yes! We will have a shuttle bus that runs to and from the venue and Pepin from 3:30p-12:30a on the day of the event. If you are not using the shuttle or choosing to drive home - please arrange for a safe and sober ride. Reminder: you do not have to leave the venue and are welcome to stay onsite and camp! *** Please read more under "Lodging & Transportation" tab

A majority of the event is outside! The dinner will be in a "greenhouse" shed with fans.

We will have some light snacks at Cocktail Hour, and pizza for the Meal. The pizza will be offered in different kinds, and we're able to support certain dietary restrictions. Please note on your RSVP if this is the case, so we can give our caterer a heads up.

We will have complimentary Beer and Selzer. Other alcoholic beverages can be purchased. Please ensure you bring cash to tip the awesome bartenders! There is no ATM onsite.
