Can my children attend the wedding?
We love your little ones and are so happy to have them as part of our family, but we respectfully request no children under the age of 13 at both the ceremony and the reception with no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I have a plus-one?
Our goal is to keep our very special occasion as intimate as possible, therefore we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. That said, we are only able to accommodate those names who are listed on the invitation and plus-ones are by invite only. Thank you for respecting our wishes!
Can I take photos at the ceremony?
There will be plenty of photo opportunities throughout the evening, therefore we politely ask for our ceremony to be unplugged (i.e. no cell phones or personal cameras). We have an extremely talented photographer and videographer to capture these moments and would be happy to share those photos and videos at a later date!
What's for dinner?
We will begin cocktail hour with a series of dip appetizers, followed by a family-style dinner of: chicken romano with white creme sauce and shaved parmesan, merlot roasted braised beef short ribs, brown butter herb yukon whipped potatoes, shallot rosemary haricots vert, salad course, and fresh bread and butter.
Is your wedding open bar?
Yes, we will provide an open bar for our guests. However, guests will not be permitted to do shots, as per venue policy. This also means that drinks will not be able to be served neat or on the rocks (i.e. they must have a mixer). For bourbon drinkers like Trent, this is unfortunate but is also a liability concern for the venue, so we respect their wishes.
