Sydney and I have been friends for many many years. It all started when we worked at Advanced Animal Care together. Sydney and her husband, Josh, were the reason that Trent and I met... they asked us both to hang out without knowing that the other invited a friend. Trent and I instantly knew that we were going to be special to one another. Sydney and I have continued our friendship with many adventures, late night wine nights, and getting matching tattoos.

Kristen and I met in college at Eastern Kentucky University. We were sorority sisters in Kappa Alpha Theta. Kristen and I are the type of friends that don't need to talk every day, but the second that we are together, it's like we've spent every minute of our lives together. We've been through some wild crazy times... shoutout to Kristen, and her husband, Shane, for letting me third wheel majority of the time, love you both!

Kelsey has been my voice of reason for as long as I can remember. She has always given amazing advice, and has the most kind, gentle heart. But Kelsey knows how to have fun and throw down... (throwback to the Cincinnati bars, iykyk). Kelsey is also the reason that I touched a cow, bottle fed a calf, and spent an evening in the farm watching people shoot while I ate pizza in the back of a truck #justcountrythings.

Emmy, I don't even know where to start, we have been through it all - from helping you move while you were pregnant, to taking our kids to the waterpark for an eventful afternoon. If you have ever had the privilege of talking with Em, then you know that she will instantly put a smile on your face, and make you feel like you are the most special person in the world. Em, your wild heart amazes me, and I am so very thankful for our friendship.

Carlos and I became extremely close during the summer of 2019 when we endured 3 weeks of misery at Fort Pickett. Carlos has been by my side through some of the most difficult, and the most triumphant times in my life. Very few people can understand each other the way that we do, and during our deployment to Djibouti we were always together trying to support each other during our time away form our families.

Vose, A.K.A Vosace(like Versace) A.K.A Big Sexy, is my B.F.A.M (Brother from another mother). Even though I went to the Police Academy with several members of my department, Vose and I developed an intense friendship. Vose is an absolute gem of a human. Vose and I have stayed in touch and talk or play video games together daily. It is a privilege to call him one of my best friends in my life.

Josh and I were hired together at Somerset Police Department. Josh and I are very different personalities, but his heart is as good as they come. Josh is one of the most loyal people I have ever met. If I needed anything, I know Josh would do anything in his power to help a brother out. A true homie for life. Thanks to Josh and his Wife Sydney, I got to meet Haley during our time at the Academy with some Mexican food and a bowling adventure. The rest of the story is still being written.

Drew and I became close whenever our National Guard Unit merged to make a bigger Company for our mobilization together. But Davidson and I have a special bond not a lot of people get in this life. I refer to him as my "Soul Brother". Mens mental health is no secret at this point, and we learned about how similar our brains operate at times. I know if I feel off, he also feels off. Drew is always quick to answer my phone calls during those "blue" moments. Drew and I never lose a beat and always talk up a storm and laugh.
