Logistics can feel overwhelming! In hopes to help navigate the traveling process, here are some of our preferred methods to get to Amiens when flying in from the US.

We would recommend flying into CDG located in Paris.

Upon arriving, you can either take the 2 hour train ride to Amiens (the train station is in the airport) or rent a car.

To reserve your train ticket:

- Go on SNCF-connect website and search for trains between the CDG station (known as Paris Aéroport Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle) and Amiens

- Keep in mind potential delays that can come from customs, baggage, walking to the station etc.

Otherwise, car rental services might be a possibility to consider as American drivers licenses are legitimate in France.

- The French also drive on the right side of the road!

- You might want to clarify that you want an automatic car as opposed to a stick-shift/ manual car.

- Using Expedia.com might be a helpful website to look at.
