Our Wedding

Trevor and Carissa first met at an away Muskie football game at Brady Street Stadium in Davenport, Iowa on October 13, 2017. Carissa asked Trevor for his number. Trevor was a sophomore and Carissa was a junior at Muscatine High School. Trevor and Carissa began dating at a Halloween party on Saturday, October 28, 2017. After high school, they both attended St. Ambrose University in Davenport where Trevor played football and Carissa was on the dance team. Trevor majored in Human Performance and Fitness. Carissa majored in Elementary Education with a minor in English and endorsements reading and ELA. Trevor asked Carissa to marry him on November 19, 2022. While in college, Trevor had been working occasionally at the Nutrition Outlet and Carissa has been teaching dance and tumbling at River City All-Stars, both in Muscatine. The high school sweethearts are now college graduates, buying their first home, and have started their new jobs. Carissa is now a Title 1 reading teacher at Jefferson Elementary School and still teaches dance and tumbling at River City All-Stars. Trevor is a Front Sales Manager at Sinclair Tractor in Muscatine, Iowa.
