In March 2012, Trevor Cox and Bryan Greene were both searching for that special someone the only way millennials know how -- dating apps!
Trevor and Bryan instantly connected. They chatted for a couple of weeks before finally deciding to meet at Bryan's apartment in Lafayette while he was studying at Purdue University (yes, Trevor may have cried tears of happiness after leaving Bryan's apartment that first weekend to go back to UIndy).
Things instantly clicked between them as they continued their journey together, with Bryan attending Trevor's college tennis matches, watching endless hours of TV shows at Bryan's apartment, and Bryan seeing countless movies that Trevor insisted would be good -- basically Bryan putting up with Trevor (per usual).
While in college, Trevor and Bryan spent every weekend together, traveling to and from Indianapolis and Lafayette. The long distance continued after college as both moved back home to Greenwood and Peru, respectively.
In October 2015, they moved into their first apartment together but knew something was still missing. Three months later, they brought Lilo home, an 8-week-old Siberian Husky.
Lilo, as many know, is a very active Husky who needs her daily exercise. Trevor and Bryan took her to the dog park in Broad Ripple nearly every day, but they knew she needed more free range instead of being stuck in an apartment.
In March 2018, Trevor and Bryan bought their first home together in Avon (#WestSideBestSide) -- the home Trevor still insists is their "forever home."
On December 29, 2019, Trevor finally popped the big question on their final night in St. Pete Beach, Florida, with some of Trevor's family.
They knew they wanted a long engagement to enjoy the process of it all, but the COVID-19 pandemic has made things go on longer than expected.
Despite it all, Trevor and Bryan are thrilled to share their special day with family and friends!
