Trevor and Mikayla's Love Story

Trevor and Mikayla met on the dating app Hinge and are so happy to be a success story! After messaging back and forth, and a phone call to make sure neither of them were crazy, they both agreed to go out on their first date. Before they had gone out on a date Trevor and Mikayla had shown their moms the other person's Hinge profile. Both moms were highly supportive and encouraged them to keep seeing each other and you know what they say….. Mothers always know best. For their first date the two went ice skating on December 27th 2023. Other than how easy and natural the conversation felt between the two, the most memorable moment of that date was when Trevor fell down while skating and almost took Mikayla down with him. Trevor likes to claim that he was already beginning to fall in love. Over the following year, the two went on many more dates and couldn’t ever seem to get enough time together. Their bond grew stronger and stronger as they shared laughs, learned about each of their values, and envisioned what their future together would be. Through all the great times and even through the few tough times, they kept falling deeper in love with each other. On February 15th 2025 in the cold fog Trevor insisted Mikayla go with him to walk around Hudson garden park. As they arrived Mikayla was so eager to stop and look at everything but Trevor was on a mission. The two had finally made it to the gazebo where they overlooked a gorgeous lake. Trevor had pulled out a letter he wrote of their love story and memorable moments together and gave it to Mikayla to read. Mikayla could barely get through the letter with her tears of joy, but when she finally did she looked over and Trevor was down on one knee asking for her to marry him. Spoiler alert she said yes! Now begins the next chapter of their love story and they can’t wait for you to join them on their special day on May 16th 2026.

Mikayla and I have been best friends for over 7 years, and met working at Bad Daddy’s together. Our friendship has been built on late-night paint nights, wildly off-key karaoke, and endless laughs. I’m a striving wedding photographer who loves to drink tomato soup like it’s fine wine. When I’m not behind the camera or sipping soup, I’m probably catering to the every whim of my two very spoiled cats.

Hi I’m Kaitlyn, and growing up I would tell my mom that I never wanted a sister. But now as an adult I couldn’t be more grateful that not only do I have one but to have one as amazing as Mikayla. I spend most of my days running around and playing with my three beautiful daughters. When I have a spare moment to myself I’ve got my nose in a book.

I’m Arianna and I’m Mikayla’s favorite niece, or at least that’s what I like to tell myself. I’m in middle school and it’s literally my favorite of all time. I do taekwondo and gymnastics in my free time. I’m also really into anime and manga.

Leah and Mikayla met working at Starbucks where both of their caffeine addictions skyrocketed. Leah is an avid cat lover and kpop enjoyer. Her favorite food is Korean food, and is always trying to increase her spice tolerance. At the moment she can handle up to an "extra hot" at Dave's Hot Chicken.

Caitlin and Mikayla have been friends for over 10 years, bonding over chaotic adventures, way too much iced coffee and an impressive collection of inside jokes. She’s quick with a laugh and always down for a good time. Fun fact: Caitlin once confidently waved at someone she thought she knew—only to realize it she didn’t know them. She’s much better at weddings and social situations now, and she couldn’t be more excited to celebrate Mikayla’s big day!

Kyle has known Trevor the longest—and their relationship started off rocky when he secretly hoped their parents would return him to the apartment he came from. Luckily, they kept him, and the two went on to become best friends, sharing countless memories, nonstop laughter, inside jokes, games of catch, skiing adventures, and even co-founding the Zeppelin. Today, Kyle is proud to stand by Trevor’s side as his best man.

My name is Brandon and I am the youngest of the three brothers.  Currently in grad school studying to be a therapist and working in my internship at a therapy ranch that uses horses and other animals to assist in therapy for all kinds of people. Whether I’m breakdancing on the dance floor or sharing endless facts about something I’ve been interested in recently - I think my passion for life can be felt by others.

Kevin B is the guy who’s always in the mix—whether it’s putting in the work on the soccer field, running a top-tier fantasy football team, or grinding through the latest video game. He’s got a way of making everything competitive, fun, and memorable.  All those skills and  he’s pretty good lookin too.

Kevin played football and roomed with Trevor at SD Mines. He is an avid runner, mediocre golfer, and a chicken wing connoisseur. Going on 8 years he still struggles to understand the difference between “crisp” and “crispy”.

Bio: Sean and Trevor met through football playing both little league and high school, and have spent a lifetime in the same crew. Whenever they reunite, Trevor and Sean automatically launch into a flawless rendition of high school gibberish that nobody else understands… and everyone else tries to ignore.
