With respect... While we love your little ones, due to limited space, and with exception to the wedding party, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. Unless your invitation is addressed to that specific family member, we kindly ask that you only bring yourself. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our special day!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Unless your invitation is addressed to "X and guest", we kindly ask that you only bring yourself.

Formal Cocktail - For women, mid-length to floor length evening gowns are preferred. Please be modest with dresses. For men, dress pants, long sleeve dress shirts, a jacket OR no jacket with a tie or bow tie. We kindly ask you to NOT wear white and NOT to wear jeans. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm sharp. Guests can begin to arrive at 4:00pm, and we kindly ask you to be there no later than 4:15pm.

The ceremony will take place on the Mt. Bachelor Lawn, which is just behind the the Great Hall Complex. Once you arrive in the parking lot, signs will direct you where you need to go. The Address is : 57081 Great Hall Loop, Sunriver, OR 97707

There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Cocktail hour will be held on the deck behind the Mount Bachelor Lawn. The reception will follow, which will be held inside the Great Hall, where staff will direct guests once the doors open.

The Sunriver Resort shuttle is available 24 hours to all guests who have booked a guest room or house through the resort. The shuttle can pick up guests anywhere within the resorts and village facilities. ***We strongly encourage guests to call 30-60 minutes before you plan on arriving to your destination, as wait times may be longer in the busy summer months.*** Please call: 541-593-1000 to book your shuttle times. Please note this shuttle does not transport guests between the airport and the resort. Please see the travel page for airport transportation needs.

The ceremony will be in grass, so we remind women of this when choosing a heel style.
