Our journey together began in the summer of 2022, though our paths had crossed earlier without us even knowing it. Our first encounters were fleeting glimpses on our college campus and the occasional meetings at the College Ministry we both attended (fun fact: we actually played on the same worship band at the same time before we met officially each other). It wasn't until several months later, on a sand volleyball court at UNL, that we finally exchanged names and truly connected.

Anya approached with a warm smile and introduced herself, saying, "Hi, I've seen you around a lot but I've never officially introduced myself. I'm Anya, nice to meet you!" From that moment on, our lives intertwined, and countless all-nighters were spent watching shows like Ted Lasso and Stranger Things. Shortly after our first ever date at Bloom coffee occurred and it didn't take long for more dates to follow! And the rest, as they say, is history!

We believe that the Lord has orchestrated this relationship, and we are grateful for His unchanging grace and steadfast love. Our wedding is not only a celebration for us two and the joining of our lives together, but also a reason to be joyful for what Jesus has done for us in our lives.
