What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear long or cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, sports coat, or chinos and a button down. Linen or Chino Shorts are okay. Please NO denim.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
All parts of event will take place at Paradise Cove!
What will the weather be like this time of year?
Late June could be warm!! We are having an evening wedding, and temps should be around 80* or less by the start time. Ceremony & Cocktail hours are in shaded but open areas, Reception is covered but open to outside.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Ceremony & Cocktail hour will be taking place outside, should be shady during that time. Reception will be outside but In a covered building.
Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?
In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We will give guests a brief time to snap pictures during, however a reminder that we have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. In addition, we will have QR codes placed around the venue for our Lense app which will compile all pictures taken by guests for everyone to see the day through your eyes.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail party area, only steps away from the ceramony where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
Are there other wedding events I can attend?
There will be a More Info to Come, however expect that we will have events open to guests during the wedding weekend from Saturday June 21st - Tuesday June 24th.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive about 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Where do I park?
Paradise Cove allows all guests to park in the parking lot on property, all parking is self-serve. If a couple wishes to leave their vehicles overnight after the event, they are allowed however the gates are locked after every event so vehicle owners may return when the gates reopen the following business day at 10:00 A.M. The vehicle must be picked up no later than 11:00 A.M. before the risk of being towed. Paradise Cove is not held responsible for any vehicles left on the property overnight.
What's the bar situation?
We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines. We will have a few signature drink options, as well as having multiple non-alcoholic options and coffee. Feel free to bring cash to tip our bartenders.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, We will have kid friendly activities throughout the event, in addition to a house on site that if they need to be put down they can be. Please let us know the accommodations you may be in need of.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity of our venue & our budget, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. For example if you are given a Plus 1 your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest". if you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name on our wedding website you will see if you have a plus one. We hope you understand!
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Tricia&IndiasFairytale so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
