As part of you being our guest, your wedding invite is also an all-day pass to the Safari Park. If you are interested in visiting the park prior to the wedding, tickets will be available at will call prior from 9am until 3pm. Give them your name, and your adventure begins. If you plan on arriving just for our the ceremony/reception, please arrive no later than insert time 45 minutes before ceremony to give you plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony site. At 3pm, a table will be set up at the entrance where guests may check in and pick up their park tickets. After you have checked in, a tram will take you to the ceremony site.

The party will begin at Kijamii! Beginning at 3:30pm, we will offer a shuttle to pick-up our guest at the Caravan Outpost, next to Park Base. The shuttle can accommodate 40 guests at a time and will run continuously until 10 minutes before the ceremony. If you plan on roaming around the park, you may also feel free to walk to the Kijamii location.

Please bring your parking pass that is included with your invitation. If you plan on leaving your car overnight, please make a note of where you parked and let the staff know when you check in. The park recommends picking up your car by 8:00 am the next morning to avoid paying any parking fees. We strongly encourage our loved ones to not drink and drive, please see our travel tab for a discount offer we obtained from local hotels. Due to the summer travelers, it is important to book early in advance to take advantage of the lowest room rate possible!

The bar will be hosted (free) during cocktail hour only. (5:00-6:00) pm. Then, it will transition into a cash bar during the reception. Cards will only be accepted.

We encourage all guests to wear appropriate Elegant Wedding Attire. Weather Notice: It will be in the middle of summer (a safari experience feel), so please take that into consideration when picking your outfit for the wedding.

If you have any guests requiring additional assistance from the parking lot to Kijamii and/or shuttle pickup location, please let Marija know. We will make every effort to have them transported directly to the ceremony venue.
