It didn’t take long for Alex’s patience, kindness, and southern charm to win Trina over completely. Looking back, it’s incredible how life’s unexpected twists led them to each other. If Trina hadn’t moved to Virginia in 2018, their paths might never have crossed—and she would have missed out on meeting her best friend, her Prince Charming, and now, her future husband. Their love story officially began in late November, 2021. Over the next three years, they built a life filled with trust, laughter, and a love that continues to grow deeper every day. On May 5, 2024, Alex asked Trina to spend forever with him—and she said yes! Now, as they begin this next beautiful chapter together, they’re excited to share their journey with you. This is a story filled with joy, grace, and the kind of love that truly feels like home. Welcome to our fairytale. We’re so glad you’re a part of it!

Our Story

The Guys by His Side For Alex, family has always been everything—and on the biggest day of his life, it only makes sense that the men standing beside him are the ones who’ve been by his side all along. His dad, serving as the Best Man, is not just his role model but his lifelong rock—the one who taught him how to tie a tie, change a tire, and navigate life with integrity and faith in God. Some of Alex’s sweetest memories are from long summer days at the pool, when he and his brother would stand on their dad’s hands, laughing as he launched them into backflips through the air, always catching glimpses of his proud smile before they hit the water. His brother and brother-in-law round out the crew—a perfect blend of sibling banter, unwavering loyalty, and just the right dose of mischief and humor to keep things entertaining. These three have stood by him through every milestone, every lesson, and every celebration. And now, they’re here for one of the biggest moments yet—ready to straighten his tie, calm any nerves, and keep him on schedule… so Trina doesn’t lose it on their special day.

Sisters by Blood, Babysitter by Force, Besties by Choice She’s not just my sister—she’s 15 years older, which basically made me her tiny sidekick from day one. I hid everywhere, followed her everywhere, and was pretty much the chaos to her calm. As my built-in babysitter, she dragged me along to all the things a toddler definitely didn’t need to experience—like late-night hangouts with her friends and R-rated horror movies that left me with nightmares our Mom had to deal with. She’s part big sister, part second mom, and always the one with a Ziplock stuffed with coupons, pretty good advice, and a look that says, “Don’t start.” I’ve looked up to her my whole life—sometimes literally from a car seat—and I can’t imagine this day without her by my side. Let’s be honest: she’s been preparing for this Matron of Honor moment since the day I crashed her teenage social life. You're welcome sissy!

Two Decades, One Unbreakable Bond We’ve been best friends for over 20 years—longer than some celebrities stay married. From school dances to adulting disasters, we’ve survived it all. They’re not just my best friends—they’re my sisters by choice, my built-in hype squad, and the only people who truly understand the chaos that lives in my group chats. We’ve laughed until we cried, cried until we laughed, and now, we’re here—celebrating one of the biggest moments of my life together. I couldn’t imagine this day without them standing right next to me (probably fixing my dress and handing me snacks).
